About the role
Sisley Paris is seeking a Brand Specialist to act as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Education and the retail field. This senior‑level beauty professional will own brand storytelling and field education, turning high‑level marketing goals into actionable training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development, creating pitch decks, technical one‑pagers and seasonal brand manuals.
- Co‑develop and roll out education strategies with headquarters for new store openings and product launches.
- Design "edu‑taining" methods that simplify complex product science into memorable consumer narratives.
- Maintain and manage the internal education platform and daily training communications.
- Produce collateral such as flyers, digital communications and e‑vites for internal and external training events.
- Oversee project management of training calendars, seasonal updates and monthly sales challenges.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Analytical, independent thinker with a hands‑on, "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" attitude.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments.
- Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams.
