Brand & Marketing Designer

About the role

Clair is an embedded fintech company that gives workers access to earned wages before payday. We are hiring our first Brand & Marketing Designer to shape the visual identity across product, marketing, and sales. You will report to the Director of Design and collaborate with product, marketing, and partnership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain illustration assets for the product and marketing channels, building a reusable library and guiding AI‑generated styles.
• Design in‑product visuals, micro‑interactions and motion using Figma Motion for flows such as onboarding, advance requests and credit milestones.
• Produce sales, partner and fundraising decks, recurring email campaigns in Braze, and website pages built in Framer.
• Develop assets for social, paid campaigns and event collateral, delivering production‑ready files for digital and print.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in visual, brand or marketing design with a strong, illustrated portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving startup environment while maintaining high craft standards.

What we offer

• Base salary $140,000–$150,000 plus equity, benefits and perks.
