Brand Management Internship – Beverage Innovation

About the role

Join Ocean Spray’s Beverage Innovation team as a Brand Management Intern. You will work on emerging food and beverage trends, develop brand strategies, and collaborate across functions to bring new products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategy to commercialise a new brand.
• Build business cases through financial and qualitative analysis.
• Support sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop new‑to‑the‑world products and packaging.
• Own workstreams and report to an experienced Brand Manager.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree and have completed the first year.
• 2+ years experience in CPG or related fields (brand, agency, insights, sales, finance).
• Strong P&L mindset and analytical orientation.
• Confident presenting ideas to senior leadership.
• Willingness to work on emerging food & beverage trends.

What we offer

• Pay rate of $40 per hour.
• 10‑12‑week summer internship starting June 8, 2027.
• Flexible schedule with summer Fridays (8:00 am‑12:30 pm) and occasional off‑site work.
