Brand Designer – Consumer Goods

About the role

As a Brand Designer on PepsiCo’s global design team, you will shape brand experiences across product architecture, packaging, visual identity systems, and more. You will work closely with functional design experts and business partners to translate strategy into compelling visual solutions that resonate with today’s hyper‑connected consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand design strategies for product architecture, innovation pipelines, packaging, and structural design.
• Lead end‑to‑end brand and graphic design projects from ideation through execution.
• Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on feedback from Brand Design leads.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting to evolving brand needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas within a team‑based environment.
• Manage personal timelines, milestones, and internal deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
