Brand Ambassador – Home Improvement Sales

About the role

Renuity is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our home‑improvement services in Springfield, PA. You will engage directly with homeowners, showcasing our premium products and installations while driving sales through in‑store events and face‑to‑face presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s high‑quality home‑renovation products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver engaging, in‑person sales presentations that highlight product benefits and expert installation.
• Participate in retail marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Support the sales pipeline by following up on leads and maintaining customer relationships.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer‑facing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) and occasional local travel.
