Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cash handling, vault and ATM custodianship, and conduct accurate cash counts and audit logs.
• Deliver personalized, seamless service to customers, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain effective lobby management to optimize customer flow and engagement.
• Support the teller line with coaching tools, feedback, and transaction accuracy.
• Utilize data‑driven decision‑making to improve branch performance and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote digital self‑service options.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in bank branch operations or a related financial services role.
• Demonstrated ability to follow risk‑control procedures and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication skills for in‑person, phone, and digital interactions.
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to business needs across multiple locations.
