Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Join Nespresso’s Roseville boutique as a Luxury Retail Boutique Manager. You will lead the store, embody the brand, and create memorable coffee experiences while driving sales and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and coach a high‑performing boutique team.
• Create personalized coffee experiences and educate customers on sustainability.
• Lead training initiatives, ensuring product knowledge and selling techniques are mastered.
• Drive sales and service excellence by setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Maintain operational standards, inventory control, and compliance with safety policies.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in fast‑paced luxury retail.
• 3+ years supervisory experience as a store manager or higher.
• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time‑management, prioritization and availability for open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee, sustainability and a desire to share the brand story.
• Ability to travel as required.
