Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA

About the role

Reliant ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide pediatric ABA services in Richmond, TX. You will work directly with children from birth to age 12, designing and overseeing evidence‑based treatment plans that promote communication, independence, and social skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence‑based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic‑based ABA services to children with diverse developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary team members, including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research.

Required profile

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with children (birth‑12) in an ABA setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care.
