BizOps Lead in Founder’s Office

About the role

Rox is building the world’s first revenue operating system and needs a BizOps leader in the Founder’s Office to amplify the CEO’s impact. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the operating rhythm, drive cross‑functional execution, and ensure the company moves faster.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and manage the CEO’s weekly calendar, focusing on high‑impact activities such as customers, hiring, investors and product.
• Establish and run the company’s operating cadence: leadership meeting agendas, quarterly planning, goal tracking and decision documentation.
• Prepare and follow‑up on all critical meetings (board, investors, key customers, candidate interviews) with concise briefs and clear action items.
• Own logistics for customer, investor and board meetings, travel, off‑sites and events.
• Scope, execute and ship special projects across go‑to‑market, hiring and operations.
• Automate recurring workflows using AI‑native tools, Slack, Notion and the Rox product.

Required profile

• 2+ years operating at a hyper‑growth startup or tech company, owning outcomes rather than just analysis.
• Proven track record of building operating processes or functions from scratch alongside founders or senior executives.
• Strong judgment to prioritize the CEO’s attention and excellent composure under rapidly changing conditions.
• Clear, concise writing ability for briefs, plans and follow‑ups.
• Desire to stay in the role for at least two years to provide continuity.

• SQL
• Scripting (any language for automation)

• Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and Notion
