Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant to support healthcare providers remotely. The candidate will use clinical knowledge and fluency in English and Spanish to streamline administrative and clinical tasks, improving patient care across U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage provider schedules, coordinate appointments, and maintain up‑to‑date Electronic Health Records.
• Prepare patient charts, order labs and imaging, and communicate results to patients with empathy.
• Assist with medication management, treatment plans, and enrollment in support programs such as medication assistance, transportation, disability, and housing services.
• Serve as liaison among patients, physicians, pharmacies, and other providers, delivering clear guidance and a high‑quality patient experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a clinical or administrative healthcare role.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Available to work U.S. time zones from a reliable remote workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Workspace.
