Bilingual Transportation Claims Adjuster (TPA)

About the role

Davies North America is seeking a bilingual Transportation Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial transportation‑related liability claims. The role focuses on auto and trucking liability, including bodily injury, commercial general liability, and other exposures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage moderate‑complexity claims involving bodily injury and commercial liability exposures.
• Conduct independent coverage analysis and develop claim‑resolution strategies.
• Handle files with attorney representation and moderate litigation activity.
• Demonstrate growing expertise in transportation‑related claims.
• Maintain quality and service standards while managing multiple claims.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent speaking and reading).
• Active claims adjusting license(s) or ability to obtain required licenses.
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices.
• Experience with bodily injury, CGL, or transportation‑related claims preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with claims management systems and related technology.
