Bilingual Spanish Facilitator – Learning & Development

About the role

Join Spectrum as a Bilingual Spanish Facilitator and lead engaging learning experiences across classroom, team and virtual settings. You will empower participants to develop new skills, support their growth, and help drive Spectrum’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions in person and online, following structured guides to ensure engagement and knowledge retention.
• Manage class logistics, track attendance, address behavior issues, and document performance strengths and improvement areas.
• Prepare labs, schedules, and participant records, including test scores and evaluations.
• Execute Learning Management System (LMS) tasks before and after training, such as uploading materials and collecting feedback.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching on role‑specific skills, processes, or systems.
• Support additional training initiatives and related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
• At least 1 year of training delivery experience in formal or informal settings.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the related functional area or business unit.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong critical‑thinking, analytical, prioritization, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
