About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee our legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage while eliminating bottlenecks. The role requires bilingual English‑Spanish communication and a focus on raising both quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire legal production line, ensuring cases move smoothly through every stage of the process.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, taking swift action to keep workflow stable and backlog‑free.
• Drive team growth, raising both the quality of the work delivered and overall productivity.
• Set and track operational metrics and KPIs, adjusting processes based on results.
• Collaborate closely with different departments (Onboarding, Review, Verification, Paralegals, Attorneys, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Propose and implement process improvements that strengthen the operation over the medium and long term.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams or operations in high‑volume, process‑driven environments (e.g., call centers, BPOs, service firms, legal).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to manage production lines or workflows and remove bottlenecks before they affect clients.
• Experience preventing and reducing backlog, prioritizing effectively and anticipating operational risks.
• Development‑oriented leadership that raises both quality and productivity.
• Strong analytical, process‑driven thinking with ability to measure KPIs and implement sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for directing teams and coordinating with other firm areas.
