Bilingual Lead Cleaner (Midday Shift & Special Projects)

About the role

Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking a bilingual Lead Cleaner for its Toyota North America site in Plano. The role involves supervising midday cleaning staff, maintaining Toyota’s high standards, and handling special cleaning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide midday cleaning staff to meet Toyota’s quality standards.
• Provide hands‑on training and support to improve efficiency and quality.
• Act as the communication bridge between management and staff in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and address any issues.
• Manage special cleaning projects such as deep cleaning, event setups, or emergency response tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and reporting staffing or performance concerns.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage and storage.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility services.
• Ability to train, motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Highly adaptable, teachable and willing to learn new processes.
• Commitment to safety, quality and compliance with client standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lb.
