Bath Installer – Home Remodeling

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Bath Installer and help homeowners transform their bathrooms. You will work on home remodeling projects, ensuring installations meet company standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installations.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with homeowners and team members.
