Barista – Night Shifts

About the role

Join Costa Coffee as a night‑shift Barista, delivering great coffee and a warm, energising experience to customers during evenings and weekends. You’ll work flexible hours that fit both your needs and the store’s schedule, covering sickness and holidays as required.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and other menu items.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring each guest feels welcomed.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and fully operational throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve smooth store operations.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
