About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on B2B Campaign Manager to own enterprise ABM execution across North America and international markets. You will build, launch, and measure ABM programs that generate pipeline for complex enterprise accounts.

Key responsibilities

Design, build, and execute 1:1 and 1‑to‑many ABM programs targeting named enterprise accounts.
Create and manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, segmentation, and automation.
Partner with sales teams to align messaging and drive pipeline.
Run paid LinkedIn campaigns and support outbound outreach and events.
Analyze campaign performance and directly link activity to revenue impact.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ABM.
Strong understanding of long enterprise sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes.
Ability to work during US East Coast business hours.
Hands‑on execution mindset – you build and launch campaigns yourself.
