AWS GTM Partnership Lead – Global System Integrators

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a senior leader to own the go‑to‑market motion that connects global system integrators with AWS to bring Claude to enterprise customers at scale. You will operate at the intersection of Anthropic, AWS, and the world’s largest integrators, shaping how frontier AI reaches the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GTM strategy for system‑integrator partnerships through AWS, including co‑selling motions, joint business plans, events and segment‑specific plays.
• Own forecasting, pipeline development and revenue targets for partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced business.
• Design commercial mechanics such as deal registration, marketplace program structure and partner incentives.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships across AWS’s partner organization and integrator leadership.
• Collaborate with partners to create repeatable, industry‑specific solutions built on Claude and enable delivery capability.
• Partner with Anthropic’s alliances, sales, partner marketing and regional cloud teams to ensure global consistency.
• Implement scalable partnership processes, including escalation management, business reviews and reporting.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, alliances or business development.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems, preferably with cloud platforms.
• Strong ability to navigate complex, multi‑organization environments and align divergent incentives.
• Excellent executive communication and relationship‑building skills.
