About the role

Infosys' Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) unit is seeking an AWS Consultant to lead chatbot implementation projects across its US locations. The role focuses on aligning project objectives with business goals, coordinating technical teams, and delivering high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, meetings, and stakeholder communication.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks while embedding quality planning into workflows.
• Develop project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development.
