Automotive Service Technician – German Brands

About the role

The Automotive Service Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance for German‑brand cars, ensuring all work meets dealer and factory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues.
• Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, electrical systems, and HVAC components.
• Execute test drives to verify repairs and confirm proper vehicle operation.
• Replace or repair key components such as spark plugs, filters, brake pads, rotors, belts, and hoses.
• Carry out routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and alignment adjustments.
• Identify safety concerns and additional service needs, communicating findings to the service advisor.
• Coordinate with the parts department to order required parts and tag warranty components.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an automotive service technician on German brands (BMW, Volkswagen, Audi, etc.).
• Previous dealership experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test and pre‑employment testing.
