Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

Infiniti of Charlotte Inc is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Matthews, NC. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through service needs and ensuring a seamless experience between the service department and our technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests.
• Recommend and explain needed automotive services to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
• Communicate effectively with automotive technicians to ensure timely completion of service.

Required profile

• Prior experience in automotive service advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
