About the role

The Service Department at Ford of Harvey is seeking a professional Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through vehicle maintenance and warranty processes. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop‑off to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately record service needs on repair orders.
• Communicate service recommendations based on inspection results, service history, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers, providing clear updates and explanations.
• Verify completed work, inspect vehicles before return, and perform active vehicle deliveries.
• Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
• Support department goals by driving sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
