About the role

Our busy Service Department at Ford of Harvey is looking for a professional Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through vehicle maintenance and repair. You will act as the primary point of contact, translating technical information into clear recommendations that align with manufacturer guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walk‑around inspections of customer vehicles and accurately identify service needs.
• Create and verify repair orders, including documentation for warranty claims.
• Communicate service recommendations based on inspection results and service history.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and customers, ensuring clear and timely updates.
• Inspect completed work and deliver the vehicle to the customer with a thorough explanation.
• Support department goals by driving sales of labor, parts, and accessories.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Ford products through manufacturer training.
