Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice

About the role

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a motivated individual to join its mobile calibration team as an Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice. In this paid apprenticeship you will receive mentorship and training to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following original equipment specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ADAS calibrations on various vehicle manufacturers according to OE specifications and repair standards.
• Utilize Protech’s virtual support team and ongoing education resources to stay current with new vehicle technologies.
• Document calibration work and adhere to industry repair standards.
• Progress from apprentice to a fully qualified Calibration Technician or On‑Site Calibration role within seven months.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance.
• Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions.
• Physical ability to perform consistent activity, lift objects over 50 lbs, and work in kneeling, bending, and squatting positions.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ADAS calibration techniques.
• Knowledge of OE specifications for vehicle systems.
• Familiarity with I‑CAR certification standards.
• Understanding of ASEA certification requirements.
