Athletic Trainer / DME Field Service Representative – Metro NY

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to join its Field Services team in the Metro New York area. You will work directly with patients, clinicians, and sales partners to ensure proper use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone‑growth stimulators, helping improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and support the appropriate use and care of Enovis orthopedic products prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre‑authorization and upfront collections.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the sales team.
• Maintain compliance with Enovis ethics programs, OIG, HIPAA, and all relevant healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and experience with orthopedic soft goods or bracing.
• Willingness to work the specified schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clinicians and patients.
