Assurance Manager

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Apply technical expertise to review and analyze prepared financial statements to support team members in meeting client expectations.
• Use a well‑developed understanding of client businesses to diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions.
• Manage assignment budgets, anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve profitability, prepare billing, and assist in cash collections.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, gaining trust and respect based on a demonstrated understanding of their business.
• Share and transfer knowledge with team members and structure motivated, empowered, and diverse teams.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Associates and Seniors in career development.
• Contribute to proposal development and manage resources for initiative proposals.
• Assist in recruitment by leveraging external networks and referring potential candidates.
• Write and publish articles with research assistance from associates.

Required profile

• Licensed CPA with at least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong desire to advance to a Principal role and help grow the firm.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high‑quality work under deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
