Associate Product Manager

About the role

The Associate Product Manager will join the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation team in Mount Prospect, Illinois, working in a hybrid model (three days onsite per week). You will help shape the next generation of power‑tool products by translating user feedback into actionable product plans.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the schedule and roadmap for North American innovation projects.
• Assist in developing product plans for assigned tool lines.
• Research end‑user applications and monitor competitive market trends.
• Conduct field and desk user research to gather insights.
• Support market research initiatives in partnership with the Market Research department.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to define product specifications.
• Provide product expertise and insights to Sales and Brand teams.

Required profile

• Experienced and passionate about product management.
• Strong collaboration skills with global development, business, and project teams.
• Ability to translate user feedback into product requirements.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular on‑site presence.
