Associate Producer – Remote Gaming Publishing

About the role

tinyBuild is seeking a remote Associate Producer to join its core publishing team. You will be immersed in the video‑game publishing pipeline, overseeing multiple PC and console titles from indie studios worldwide and ensuring they reach market with the desired quality, budget, and timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Executive Producer to guide development teams from concept to launch.
• Understand player expectations and market trends to help steer game vision.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, community and support teams to launch titles across platforms.
• Define and manage milestone schedules, ensuring delivery of high‑quality builds.
• Participate in evaluating new game pitches, early builds and prospective partner studios.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the games industry, specifically in publishing roles such as Associate Producer, Project Manager, Marketing Manager, SMM or Community Manager.
• Hardcore PC gamer (console experience a strong plus) with a visible Steam account and a deep passion for indie games.
• Strong communication skills in fluent written and spoken English, proactive ownership mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of the Steam player community from a user perspective.
• Familiarity with the Steam backend/developer side.
