Associate Pricing & Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑driven professional to manage pricing and compliance for our Beer, Direct‑to‑Consumer, and Wholesale Wine & Spirits portfolio. The associate will oversee brand label registrations, state‑specific pricing requirements, and ensure all regulatory deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end brand label registration for Crown/Beer, DTC, and Wine & Spirits products across multiple states.
• Execute price‑posting, special pricing allowance (SPA) and depletion allowance (DA) submissions to state authorities.
• Maintain state product guides, price books, and pricing/registration guidelines.
• Perform daily SAP tasks such as brand and SKU approvals, pricing condition reviews, order examinations, and credit entries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Customer Service and Revenue Management to gather information for registrations and pricing decisions.
• Liaise with external regulatory agencies and distributors to stay informed of changes.
• Support special projects, acquisitions and divestitures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Self‑motivated team player adaptable to rapid change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
