Associate - Media Tech & Data Operations

About the role

Veeva’s Crossix team sits at the intersection of big data, media technology and life‑sciences marketing. As a Media Tech & Data Operations Associate you will support the implementation and monitoring of media measurement solutions for our customers, ensuring high‑quality exposure data and efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and QA media inputs, create digital media and website tags, and monitor data quality across multiple partners.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑implementation support to agencies, publishers and internal teams, including kick‑off calls and troubleshooting exposure data issues.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support customer success.

Required profile

• 2+ years in an operational role, preferably at a media agency or publisher.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating with external partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager.
• Programmatic DSP or Google Campaign Manager experience.
• Building monitoring capabilities with BI tools like Sigma.
