About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services Marketing team. You will help shape marketing strategies for global clients, leveraging Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to drive impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams across diverse industries.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for regional and global clients.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to integrate insights into marketing solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Lead and co‑lead project management activities, including team and external meetings.
• Prepare and deliver effective client presentations and business recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience managing complex consulting projects in marketing or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and organize the work of junior consultants.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering client‑focused solutions.
