Associate Environmental Health & Safety Engineer

About the role

The Associate Environmental Health & Safety Engineer will support Bosch's expanding semiconductor operations in Roseville, CA. You will apply safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental expertise to protect employees, the environment, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate accidents and incidents, develop corrective actions, and track implementation.
• Manage the Respiratory Protection Program and conduct safety & environmental training sessions.
• Lead the onsite Emergency Response Team and coordinate emergency response activities.
• Prepare and submit environmental reports to local, state, and federal agencies.
• Oversee universal, recycling, and hazardous waste management programs.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial safety/environment role (associate level) or 2‑4 years for an engineer level.
• Preferably holds a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential.
• Direct experience with California regulations, especially Cal‑OSHA, International Fire Code, and hazardous waste permits.
• Ability to interpret and apply governmental statutes, policies, and procedures.
