Associate Engagement Manager – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Associate Engagement Manager to lead client relationships within its Banking & Financial Services practice in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on building and managing a portfolio of $10‑30 million, driving business development and ensuring delivery excellence for financial institution clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationship management and business development, overseeing the full opportunity cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with delivery partners and the Delivery Manager to guarantee fulfillment of all client commitments.
• Balance multiple client projects, coordinating across delivery managers and horizontal resources.
• Introduce go‑to‑market solutions to accounts and generate revenue from business‑unit sponsored offerings.
• Partner with the Solutions Leader to craft customized solution pitches and drive their delivery.
• Develop comprehensive account plans, including relationship mapping, opportunity identification, pricing decisions and revenue forecasting.
• Make pricing decisions within the Master Services Agreement framework.
• Support pre‑sales proposals for new business outside the existing account scope.
• Provide input for future alliances with product vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships and business development in banking or financial services.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of $10‑30 million and lead the prospect‑evaluate‑propose‑close cycle.
• Strong coordination skills to work with delivery managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in account planning, pricing decisions and revenue forecasting.
• Capability to support pre‑sales activities and vendor alliance initiatives.
