About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Special Events function. This senior management position supports the university’s mission by coordinating high‑impact events that enhance patient care, research visibility, and community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of special events for UAMS.
- Collaborate with clinical, research, and administrative teams to ensure events align with institutional goals.
- Maintain compliance with university policies and external regulations.
Required profile
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
