Associate Director - Link Strategy

About the role

Veeva Link is dedicated to transforming engagement with key opinion leaders in healthcare. As an Associate Director in the Strategy function, you will drive adoption and long‑term success of the Link platform within emerging biotech accounts, working closely with account partners and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own adoption and long‑term success of Link in emerging and small biotech accounts, executing strategic account plans with Account Partners.
• Define key messaging, map stakeholders, lead software demonstrations and strategy meetings to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape sales strategies, drive deals and renewals, and forecast product adoption.
• Lead go‑to‑market messaging for new Link products and features, ensuring effective positioning and customer value.
• Evangelize Link’s value in the marketplace to maximize customer engagement.
• Champion customer requirements and market themes to Veeva product teams, aligning development with market demand.

Required profile

• 3+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in client‑facing consulting or strategy.
• Life sciences background with focus on KOL/Thought Leader engagement, medical affairs, or commercial launch.
• Proven ability to influence and manage executive‑level customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
