Associate Director, Link Strategy

About the role

Veeva Link is dedicated to transforming engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in healthcare. As an Associate Director – Link Strategy you will own adoption and long‑term success of the Link platform within emerging biotech accounts, working closely with account partners and sales teams. This role combines strategic account planning, product positioning, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Own adoption and long‑term success of Link in emerging and small biotech accounts, executing strategic account plans with Account Partners.
• Define key messaging, map stakeholders, lead software demonstrations and strategy meetings to drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape sales strategies, drive deals and renewals, and forecast product adoption.
• Lead go‑to‑market messaging for new Link products and features, ensuring effective positioning.
• Champion customer requirements and market themes with Veeva product teams to align development with market demand.

Required profile

• 3+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in client‑facing consulting or strategy.
• Life sciences background with focus on KOL/Thought Leader engagement, medical affairs, or commercial launch.
• Proven ability to influence and manage executive‑level customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
