Associate Director, Field Marketing – Quality Cloud

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Associate Director of Field Marketing for its Quality Cloud business. This senior position offers the chance to shape integrated marketing strategies, drive demand generation, and lead both virtual and in‑person events across the life‑sciences sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own the integrated marketing strategy and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address the needs of target buyers and influencers.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs and communications in partnership with Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
• Create awareness, nurture, and educate key contacts within target accounts to build pipeline and accelerate sales.
• Manage in‑person and virtual events, overseeing logistics, promotions, content, and post‑event follow‑up to ensure impact and ROI.
• Track, analyze, and optimize ABM initiatives and overall program performance.
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Strategy teams to orchestrate effective marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a complete and accurate account and contact database.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise software marketing experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Self‑directed with the ability to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• Proficiency in delivering content via LinkedIn.
• Experience with a data‑visualization tool (e.g., Sigma) and a marketing automation platform (Marketo).
• Growth‑mindset, team‑player attitude.
