Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is seeking an Associate Digital Innovation Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of AI‑powered solutions, advanced analytics, and IoT technologies across its North American operations. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the role bridges business leaders and technical teams to translate operational challenges into scalable, high‑impact digital solutions for engineering, manufacturing and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and scope operational needs, coordinate solution definition, execution set‑up, implementation planning and business case development.
• Lead planning and execution of digital innovation projects, managing schedules and budgets to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Monitor project success, deploy analytics and AI use cases, and establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Identify AI use cases with business functions, translate requirements into technical specifications, and support the AI project lifecycle in line with governance and budget.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and the digital team, ensuring alignment and achievement of business impact.
• Build digital culture by creating training curricula, organizing technology “spot lights,” and driving change management across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, computer science, information systems or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading digital, innovation or transformation initiatives in a complex industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT and digital technologies and their business benefits.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, stay organized and communicate achievements effectively.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills with executive presence.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
