Associate Coordinator, College Marketing

About the role

This position lives and breathes college culture, supporting Bumble’s presence on campuses. As an Associate Coordinator you will bring insights, generate creative ideas, and help execute every facet of college marketing, from ambassadors and events to social and influencer campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks for Bumble’s college marketing initiatives across priority schools.
• Maintain communications with ambassadors, student organizations, creators, and campus partners.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding campus ambassadors and interns under team lead direction.
• Support campus events following defined planning guidelines.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and creator partnerships as directed.
• Monitor campus trends, social media, creators, and cultural moments, delivering fresh ideas weekly.
• Capture learnings from campus programs for team review.
• Handle logistics, vendor coordination, gifting, and day‑to‑day project management tasks.

Required profile

• Deep curiosity about college culture and a strong pulse on social platforms, creators, and trends.
• Creative energy paired with a willingness to roll up sleeves and execute campaigns, events, and experiences.
• Thoughtful communicator able to build positive relationships with students, ambassadors, creators, campus groups, vendors, and internal partners.
• Highly organized, capable of coordinating multiple moving pieces.
• Collaborative, ownership‑driven, and knows when to seek guidance.
• Demonstrates curiosity and excellence, paying attention to details that make programs successful.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools responsibly to work smarter.
• Typically 0–1 years of experience, with alternative backgrounds considered.
