Associate Consultant – Strategy Insights & Planning

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Strategy Insights & Planning team in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work on high‑impact business challenges, combining data, research, and structured thinking to deliver actionable insights for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply structured problem‑solving frameworks to generate data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Design and execute analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary platforms.
• Translate complex findings into clear presentations and written deliverables.
• Support project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including strategy, marketing, analytics, and technology.
• Build trusted client relationships and assist with stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree (with Bachelor’s) in a quantitative or analytical field, or 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
