Associate Consultant – Business Process & ERP Design

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support end‑to‑end design of business process architectures within our ERP ecosystem, translating complex requirements into practical system designs and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis and document review.
• Support documentation of current‑state and future‑state processes, perform gap analysis and recommend changes.
• Provide solution recommendations at the business‑unit level and advise on standard versus custom ERP approaches.
• Execute elements of digital transformation roadmaps using agile and design‑thinking principles.
• Develop training materials, documentation and presentation content for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, consulting or project delivery.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear system designs and to manage small workstreams.
• Strong verbal communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfort working with enterprise systems without being a software developer.
