Associate Commercial Consultant

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its global Commercial team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This hybrid position supports biopharmaceutical, device, diagnostic and related clients by delivering strategic commercial solutions. You will work closely with senior consultants to translate client challenges into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project proposals and conduct secondary and primary research to identify information gaps.
• Structure loosely defined problems, define scope, and manage execution while delegating tasks.
• Coordinate inputs across the project team and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality deliverables.
• Draft and review client‑facing materials, incorporating senior feedback.
• Conduct primary research interviews, synthesize insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations.
• Capture key take‑aways from client and stakeholder discussions and document them for the team.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or life‑sciences consulting arena.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, matrixed client environment and build strong business partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
