About the role

Veeva is hiring recent university graduates for its Business Consultant Development Program, a 20‑month structured pathway to become an Associate Business Consultant in Life Sciences Commercial. You will work on customer‑facing engagements, learning to deliver high‑impact business solutions while gaining deep domain expertise and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver all components of customer engagements, including communications, workshops, stakeholder interviews, process and data analysis, and timeline management.
• Collaborate with senior Business Consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating and engagement models, processes, and business performance.
• Leverage Veeva’s software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Process‑driven mindset with a passion for analyzing operations and data.
• Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0‑4.0 GPA in any major; upcoming graduate.
