Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Tenure-Track – Physical Therapy

About the role

Tarleton State University’s College of Health & Clinical Professions is seeking an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor on the tenure‑track in Physical Therapy. The faculty member will join a growing Doctor of Physical Therapy program and contribute to teaching, research, and service in a vibrant campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in physical therapy.
• Engage in scholarly research and secure external funding.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental and university service activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation efforts.

Required profile

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Eligibility for board certification in physical therapy.
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence.
• Evidence of scholarly productivity and potential for research funding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment.
