Assistant Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring operational excellence at the Levi's outlet in El Paso. This role is pivotal for maintaining brand standards, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, high standards, and compliance with policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.
• Collaborative role model who demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, and aligns with company culture.
• Ability to comply with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work.
