Assistant Store Manager – Philadelphia Premium Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of its Philadelphia Premium Outlets location in Pottstown, PA. You will help drive sales, coach a diverse team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and analyze data to grow revenue.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, providing on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks such as stocking, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
• Collaborative mindset aligned with Levi’s culture and values.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain active on the floor.
