About the role

Join Nespresso as an Assistant Store Manager at our elegant boutique in Montgomery Mall. You will co‑lead with the Boutique Manager, execute strategy to drive sales and profitability, and deliver an unforgettable Nespresso brand experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the team and deliver the “House of Hospitality” to every customer.
• Achieve sales and service targets through daily coaching, communication, and performance evaluation.
• Motivate and develop team members, providing feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, scheduling, visual merchandising, and quality standards.
• Engage customers as a coffee expert, offering tastings and sharing sustainability practices.
• Plan and execute community events to strengthen brand recognition.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and educating customers.
• Availability to work open/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
