About the role

Join Discovery, a vibrant Montessori community, as a full‑time Assistant Preschool Teacher supporting children aged 3‑6. You will work under the Lead Guide to create an authentic, inspiring learning environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Lead Guide in daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
Support children in reaching their developmental potential within a prepared Montessori setting.
Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

Completion of at least 12 college‑level early childhood education credits.
Enjoy working with young children and demonstrate warmth, joy, and professionalism.
Valid CPR and first‑aid certification, or willingness to obtain before start date.
Negative TB test result within the last 12 months or willingness to test before employment.
U.S. citizen or green‑card holder.

What we offer

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $20 to $23, based on qualifications.
