Assistant Merchant – Women’s DTC Channels

About the role

You will report to the Senior Merchandiser of Women’s and help develop and execute merchandising strategies for the women’s direct‑to‑consumer channels. The role involves building compelling assortments, supporting day‑to‑day merchandising operations, and driving sales while maximizing inventory productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Create assortment strategies based on sales trends and product opportunities.
• Analyze sales and store performance data to recommend replenishment, chase, and markdown actions.
• Maintain sample accuracy, organization, and availability for store floor sets and merchant meetings.
• Ensure product data accuracy in all systems, including SKU setup, pricing, attributes, and seasonal updates.
• Conduct market research, store visits, and competitive analysis to inform assortment decisions.
• Prepare weekly and seasonal product performance reports and support line‑review materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of merchandising experience in retail or apparel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for product, retail, and understanding the customer.

What we offer

• Base salary range $69,000 – $80,000 per year.
