Assistant Manager – Social Media Community Growth

About the role

Laneige is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead social media community growth in New York. The role blends strategic thinking, creativity, and community leadership to turn online engagement into brand loyalty and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a community‑led growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Partner with Social, PR, Influencer, CRM and Consumer Experience teams to create seamless brand experiences.
• Monitor social listening insights, consumer sentiment and cultural trends to inform content and engagement tactics.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, UGC curation, influencer collaborations and TYB activation.
• Provide weekend and holiday community support as needed.
